Requirements include:
Experienced and knowledgeable in managing and maintaining building and grounds, with competencies in the areas of electrical, plumbing and HVAC preferred.
Strong technical knowledge particularly in the area of grounds keeping equipment management desired.
Must maintain a positive Christian testimony and a willingness to work within a non-denominational setting.
Must exhibit the ability to work well with others, relate well to teachers, staff, and students of all ages.
Position includes:
Provide a safe clean environment for students, staff and public.
Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and daily operation of school building, grounds and related equipment.
