00/hr Seeking a professional cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties in office and factory environments.
The cleaner will be in charge of maintaining all public and private spaces to employer standards.
Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and bathroom services.
Attention to detail, trustworthiness and a positive attitude a must.
The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.
Hours are 2 am to 10am, Monday thru Friday No weekends.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums carpet, floor runners, and additional areas as needed Disposing of trash from bins and containers Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment (sweepers, vacuum cleaners, mops, etc.
).
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move heavy objects if required.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous cleaning experience preferred.
