Your Opportunity Senior Corporate Counsel - Ethics and Compliance will manage the Company's compliance program, including, without limitation, identifying and assessing areas of compliance risk; developing and implementing compliance processes; collaborating with business teams to effectively incorporate the compliance program within business operations; preparing and distributing the written code of conduct and other key Company policies; assisting with communicating the importance of the program, and developing and implementing compliance education programs. In this role, you will:
Manage and maintain an effective compliance program and internal controls to ensure prevention and detection of violations of law, regulations, organization policies, and our Code of Conduct. Coordinate resources and monitor day-to-day compliance activities; consult with business teams, legal area experts, and external resources; and maintain and supplement the Company's Code of Conduct and other related policies, to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the compliance program. Maintain and administer the Company's Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, and Company policies, including centralized management of Company policies owned by other functional areas. Identify areas of risk and create policies and practices to address such risks. Monitor operations and activities for compliance risk; conduct risk assessments; consult with business teams and legal area experts, to understand and assist to mitigate compliance risks through project plans, policy development, education and training, or other tools. Develop productive working relationships with all levels of management; prepare and present periodic and annual reports on the compliance program; develop and implement updates to the compliance charter Develop education programs for all employees and key constituents including agents, contractors, or others working with the organization Manage a team of compliance professionals and provide for their continued engagement and development. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional 5

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Legal & RegulatoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
