In this role, you will be a trusted business partner that solves business problems by delivering business insights with data-driven recommendations that directly impact our Coffee strategic business.

Working Remote USAIn this role you will:
Collaborate across Coffee Customer & Category Business units to understand business problems, problem-solve, define appropriate solutions (analysis, dashboard, presentation, model, report), and build solutions that deliver the business need Leverage insights as a transformational catalyst to differentiate JMS' thought leadership; inform a deep understanding of customer, category, and consumer dynamics by optimizing a full suite of descriptive and inferential analytics Demonstrate process improvement by simplifying analytics and business intelligence; create and maintain documentation best practices, streamline, and build a more efficient analytics approach Continuously develop your capabilities in Syndicated data, Trade Promotion Management system, retailer data, JMS financial data, advanced Excel based statistical analysis, Structured Query Language (SQL), data visualization and presentation skills.
Collaborate with Coffee Customer & Category Business to reduce retail opportunities; accountable to build action plan; weekly progress reporting Accountable to identify and quantify brand opportunities and distribution gaps.
Collaborate & partner with Integrated Analytics Sales Analysts to define retailer sell-in strategy to build recommendation to sales teams Collaborate with Coffee Customer & Category Business to optimize pricing and promotional strategy; increase plan accuracy using exception-based reportingThe Right Place for YouWe are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field 2
years of relevant experience Demonstrated capabilities in gathering, analyzing and presenting detailed information related to all aspects of business to audiences of diverse experiences Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, influence others, acting with a consultative, art of the question, seek to understand mindset Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and SQL Comfortable manipulating data and analyzing complex data from varying sources Strong solution-oriented thinker with project management and critical thinking skills Proven experience championing insights based on data that can support issue resolution and proactive opportunities to drive improvement Collaborative partner with a keen focus on developing processes and procedures to improve team effectiveness A relentless commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentAdditional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required):
