Orrville, OH Work Arrangements:
hybrid, 25% in office expectation In this role you will:
Develop, support, and lead a team of representatives, senior representatives, and specialists within our consumer relations contact enter.
Motivate and inspire team to foster a positive work environment and morale.
Provide monthly coaching, feedback and performance reviews for direct reports leveraging stats and 360 degree feedback.
Complete mid-year and annual performance appraisals for direct reports.
Mediate team and individual conflicts within the Consumer Relations Center Address employee relations and performance issues Manage functional areas of responsibility Responsible for preparing monthly reports detailing each month's accomplishments, future activities, and business review Implement company policies and programs as required Assist in achieving monthly service levels goals in all contact methods for Consumer Relations Facilitate and implement special projects as assigned The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field 2
years of inbound call center experience with an understanding of metrics and systems 3
