25% in office expectation In this role you will:
Perform daily invoice processing into third party operating systems by accurately capturing invoice details within a timely manner Route invoices to correct point of contact and obtain approvals for invoice payment processing Effectively and professionally interact with internal and external customers to exchange information necessary to proactively resolve issues related to invoices Respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests and information to ensure timely payment of invoices, resulting in retention of vendor discounts, and avoidance of late fees Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice payment status The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
