This position is full time with flexible hours.
We are looking for someone that is willing to do maintenance as well as drive the transport van as needed.
Pay is based on experience and will be discussed in the interview process.

Transport Driver/Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain company vehicles in accordance with safety regulations Follow delivery schedules and transport residents to office visits - complete required paperwork, such insurance authorizations Communicate effectively with customers, and team members Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations The following are examples of tasks that you may be asked to perform:
Patching walls, painting common areas and resident rooms, stripping and waxing floors, changing light bulbs that require a ladder to reach, minor plumbing fixes /troubleshooting, helping residents move in and out of the facility, helping residents and employees hang pictures and rearrange their rooms/offices.

Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proven experience as a transport driver or similar role State Tested Nursing Assisted required / Willingness and the ability to obtain an STNA license Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills Building maintenance experience preferred/not required Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Note:
This position may also involve assisting with facilities transportation as needed.
