For a Training Associate, a typical day might include the following:
Create training schedules for new employees Update and work in Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinate regular company-wide trainings on industry and company specific topics Provide reports to Training team Maintain, create, and troubleshoot training tickets Answer questions and resolve internal customer issues Collaborate with leadership to create development strategies This job might be for you if:
