Focus on development of pet foods and treats that are meat-based, where the product positioning, appearance, and formulation are primarily driven by animal-based protein. Responsible for efficiently designing, planning, coordinating and executing complex experiments from bench-top through scale-up with minimal managerial support. Accountabilities include all project aspects such as: creating work plans, project design & timing analysis; cost analysis and management; sourcing raw materials; prototype development; rapid protocepting; data analysis & interpretation; interpreting chemistry & lab analyses; assessing process integration & co-packing

feasibility; ensuring products are developed within Nutrition, Regulatory, and QA guidelines; and managing product stability & shelf life testing. Responsible for technical implementation of projects and must be able to troubleshoot and resolve various project challenges with limited managerial support. Technical responsibility for the coordination and execution of specific project activities. Bring forward new technical insights based upon own original ideas, and new innovative approaches to solve problems. Requires PhD in meat science (or food science, chemistry, physics, biology or related field with a strong focus or minor in Meat Science) plus 48 months of relevant experience in the meat processing industry. Also requires: deep understanding of meat science and the ability to apply it in the development of products with high animal-based ingredient content, with meat or meat-like appearance as primary consumer driver; strong engineering fundamentals for implementation and scale up of production; and ability to communicate (written or orally) complex messages clearly and concisely, and in a manner appropriate to the specific audience. 25% travel.

Lead Administrator (103418), Middleware, The J. M. Smucker Company, Orrville, Ohio. Responsible for strategy, architecting, and assisting in the ongoing operations and maintenance of middle ware technologies (WebLogic, SOA, OIM, OID, OVD, UCM, SSO, OBIEE, WebCenter, OSB, Tibco). Responsible for configuration, ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and root cause analysis of middle ware infrastructure to ensure business applications perform as expected and can scale as business grows. Provide thought leadership and set direction in area of middle ware and integration technologies, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Architect upgrade and patching strategy for enterprise middle ware technologies and supporting server infrastructure (RedHat Linux).

Responsible for 365x24x7 production support. Manage/Administer TIBCO Managed File Transfer environment for onboarding/configuring different trading partners/servers for inward/outward file transfers. Design multiple integration/messaging architecture using Java Message Service based products to support strictly ordered FIFO, Pub-Sub, Guaranteed with one and at max once delivery promise. Develop various Integration Patterns to support interfaces across enterprise based on Splitter, Multiplexer, and Cross Reference Mapping. Requires Bachelor?s degree in computer science, IS, or related field plus 84 months of Oracle middleware (versions 12c & 11g) or Tibco middleware experience and working knowledge of: Oracle SOA; OID/OVD and WebLogic Security architecture; Linux OS; and J2EE framework components including JDBC, JMS, JNDI, WLST, Python scripting and Fusion Middleware and WebLogic Diagnostic Framework (WLDF).

Also requires: demonstrated ability with XML, XSLT, XSD, Web services, WS-Security, WSDL, SOAP, Rest API, JSON, Curl and API governance; strong understanding of Intranet and Extranet Architecture; strong understanding of load balancing concepts; strong Linux scripting (Posix, Korn, Bash) skills; excellent problem solving and conceptual thinking skills; strong interpersonal skills; project management and strategic thinking skills; and competency in accurately identifying the scope of work and preparing thorough, accurate and detailed schedule estimates.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
