TITLE Consumer Engagement Assistant Lead LOCATION Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron) REPORTS TO Consumer Engagement Lead POSITION SUMMARY A collaborative team. An agile mindset. Smucker one of the world's leading marketing organizations.  The Consumer Engagement Assistant Lead is responsible for enabling a seamless consumer journey through all marketing touchpoints. This is achieved by ensuring the consumer is at the center of every decision and action taken within the marketing communications process. This role resides within a consumer engagement SBA team and works together with team members to create and deliver measurable, holistic, omnichannel consumer experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leads, orchestrates and is accountable for all the activities within the consumer engagement SBA team Support Consumer Engagement Lead and brand in development of long-term brand objective and strategies; evangelize brand goals and strategies among engagement team Accountable for developing and implementing agile planning solutions that meet individual brand strategies and goals Responsible for the delivery of accurate and useful consumer personas; works closely with insights and data and analytics to develop and continuously update Partner with marketing operations to ensure enterprise processes and approaches are implemented throughout the engagement team Initiates all project work for engagement team and is accountable for prioritization, budget allocation, coordination of resources and timelines Champion for creating work that aligns to the brand objective and strategy, delivers on the desired consumer and is fully measurable Coaches and develops team to deliver omni-channel communication plans that utilize personalization, data and content best practices Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with the SBA engagement team that are rooted in trust and communication; partner closely with CoE teams to implement best practices and standards. SELECTION CRITERIA Education Bachelors degree. MBA preferred. Experience 10+ years in a marketing communications role. Agency and client side experience preferred. Experience managing an agency. Other Ability to holistically evaluate every facet of a communication plan to ensure it is working together to deliver on the brand objective and strategy Proven success coaching teams to work together to effectively and efficiently deliver a project, while at the same time enjoying the work Passion for developing   Strong strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills which translate to brand storytelling Able to create strong, positive, collaborative relationships through excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust.   IND123 #LI-123 103002

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
