Smucker one of the world's leading marketing organizations.   SUMMARY The Media Strategy and Planning Lead is responsible for connecting with current and new consumers through the right messages, in the right moments that matter to influence their buying decision. This role resides within a consumer engagement SBA team and works together with team members to create and deliver measurable, holistic, omnichannel consumer experiences. This KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead all media planning and buying activities for the SBA, including strategy, planning and budget. Bring a holistic view of the SBA consumer(s) to media planning and execution; understand efficiencies in messaging the same consumer and building strategies for cross-selling. Manage media agency to develop consumer-centric omnichannel media plans that deliver on brand objectives, are inclusive of prior media performance and are measurable and optimizable Partner seamlessly with the data and analytics strategist during planning, execution and post-campaign analysis to ensure campaigns are leveraging data, insights and past performance metrics and that information is flowing to and from the DMP Ensure campaign performance data is available and disseminated weekly to the consumer engagement team. Continuously provide strategic POV in consumer engagement team optimization discussions. team has accurate media data available to make optimization decisions; this is inclusive of targeting, creative and spend allocations Champion media innovation and provide thought leadership within the SBA team through new ways of reaching/engaging consumers, targeting, data and measurement. Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with the SBA engagement team that are rooted in trust and communication; partner closely with CoE teams to implement best practices and standards. SELECTION CRITERIA Attributes Deep expertise in all facets of traditional & nontraditional media landscape, including the use of a DMP and consumer data in precision targeting. Experience with Upfront TV strategies and negotiations. Fluent in applying data driven marketing to planning, buying and optimizations Passion for communicating through new media channels Strong strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills which translate to brand storytelling Proven ability to manage complexity, competing timelines and prioritize resources effectively. Experience developing, negotiating contracts Able to create strong, positive, collaborative relationships through excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust.   Education BS/BA degree. MBA preferred. Experience 5-10 years of experience with media planning, buying and optimizing Agency experience CPG experience a plus Managed agency relationships IND123 #LI-123 103082

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
