Senior Developer, Applications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyzes, designs, develops, tunes, and tests technical solutions and system configurations to meet requirements using various database platforms and reporting products Troubleshoots existing technical solutions and system configurations in order to restore operation as well as to determine issue root cause and fix Creates and maintains functional and technical documentation, in a timely manner Adheres to, and supports the use of, IS Standards for code development and promotion Utilizes good SDLC practices to deliver quality solutions SELECTION CRITERIA Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical discipline Experience 3-7 years of experience in a development role building solutions to support medium to large scale business initiatives Experience developing functional and technical designs Experience with project management methodology and system development lifecycle Other High personal standards of integrity Ability to build/maintain strong relationships and effectively partner with peers Flexibility to learn new skills quickly and "flow to the work" Ability to focus on detail and produce quality output Self-motivated / Takes Initiative Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge or interest in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred Intermediate/Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX/LINUX scripting skills Intermediate/Advanced relational database object design and development (tables, stored procedures, etc.) skills Solid analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Oracle application/database/reporting experience a plus Experience with Supply Chain systems a plus Experience with system integration a plus Experience with Agile Development methodologies/SOA a plus 103387

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
