Assistant Project Manager, Customization & Brand

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful, on-time initiatives, that enable top and bottom line business growth in the Coffee SBA.  This individual will work closely with the Brand marketing lead, Brand Commercialization, technical lead, and Corporate/SBA resources to deliver project success criteria.  Provide leadership on Horizon 1 innovation, cost savings, and change management projects, effectively manage scope and people to deliver the project success criteria. Facilitate cross-functional project meetings in partnership with the Brand marketing lead. Responsible for project management; create and manage Critical Path Schedule; seek opportunities to parallel path. Document critical issues and risks Communicate project status and all actions needed to keep the project on track and ensure an appropriate sense of urgency. Collaborate across multiple functions and hold teams accountable to deliver results. Provide guidance on the stage gate and commercialization process. Partner with Brand marketing lead to champion integrity of the project data. Constructively communicate to teams, especially during stressful situations Lead multifunctional input to determine cost and feasibility (viability) of an idea or a specific project at key project stages. Manage multiple projects at a time. Coordinate system set up for a project. Act as a liaison to represent and connect business needs to key functions and processes, such as supply and demand planning, obsolescence management, and commercialization process. Work with plants and supply chain on run out of finished goods and raw materials for discontinued products, assist in addressing supply and demand issues as needed SELECTION CRITERIA Education Bachelor's Degree Required Experience Minimum of 6 years of experience in Supply chain and/or Operations Project management experience a plus   Understanding of commercialization processes (stage gate innovation launch process) Analytical and process driven but approaches problems creatively; Strong organizational skills; detail oriented Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and leading teams, people management experience a plus Ability to balance multiple projects Positive, can-do attitude; responds positively in challenging situations Candidates must be able to build strong cross-functional relationships Strong computer skills, including Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills; can convey clear messages understood by diverse audiences Flexible; understands when it is appropriate or beneficial to deviate from the process Able to travel 103407

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
