Due to growth in our organization, Moog Flo-Tork is adding a Manufacturing Engineer position to our facility in Orville, OH. The position will report to the Machining Operations manager and collaborate with the operations and engineering teams here in Orrville.
You will have daily responsibilities to the manufacturing process of current product, however, your regular involvement in project based work will result in a variety of work and the use of various equipment. As a Manufacturing Engineer in Moog's Space & Defense Group you can expect to:
Independently evaluate, select and apply standard manufacturing engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
During pre-production and production phases of a program, you will determine manufacturing procedures, establish operation sequencing, prepare tooling/gauge lists, prepare/prove out NC programs, and write the operation sheets.
You will prepare time estimates, time standards, and cost proposals for new programs.
You will be asked to use CAD/CAM programs on a daily basis, as well as prove out and troubleshoot new and existing CNC programs and CNC machining processes.
A large part of this role is project based. There is a constant need to drive continuous improvement projects and root cause problem solving events. Some projects can be done independently, however collaboration with other product/design engineers, purchasing, vendors, etc. is crucial.
What you'll need to bring with you:
BS Degree, Engineering preferred, equivalent relevant experience considered
Minimum of 4 years manufacturing engineering experience
Extensive CAD/CAM experience
Candidate must have experience with CNC programming, tool/fixture design, CAM packages, as well as significant machining experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
