For more information about our Company,  TITLE Digital Center of Excellence Leader LOCATION Orrville, OH REPORTS TO Consumer Engagement Group Lead - Consumer Foods + Digital COE Lead POSITION SUMMARY The J. M. Smucker Company has stated that strengthening our consumer data as a corporate strategic asset. This role is responsible for setting our strategic course toward data-driven marketing.  The successful candidate will bring their experience to lead our acceleration of a data-driven marketing capability, comprised of agile ways of working infused throughout our IS/IT and communications processes, ongoing development of a sophisticated marketing technology stack, and strategies to support the business' leverage of this integrated "360One" (our internal brand) capability.  They are responsible for developing our consumer data into a strategic corporate asset with rich consumer profiles, enabling a data-driven decision making on our marketing's real-time performance and deliver personalized, targeted experiences through integration of data + technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partners closely with the SBA Consumer Engagement Pod leads and Digital Strategy Leads to set the roadmap and develop strategies that incorporate the use our enterprise marketing technology and dataset that drives growth and scale Thought-leadership and ownership of driving the future vision Partner with Consumer Engagement Pod Leads & Media COE to develop consumer segmentation (tribe) strategies that target and design campaigns for our highest value consumers Leads a small, nimble team responsible for consumer data strategy, the associated technology, CRM, and analytics operations and partnership on performance measurement Owns and develops the CRM and owned web channel strategy to leverage our first-party data to strengthen of consumer's engagement experience and long-term loyalty Finds and integrates 3-rd party suppliers that strengthen the overall consumer experience to be omnichannel and commerce enabled Drives our strategy and technology roadmap for personalization, including the PIMCore CMS and integration with other enterprise systems like LANSA, Bynder DAM, etc. Optimization and utilization of our technology infrastructure that supports consumer data and CRM activities and moves us toward a future vision for marketing automation Work closely with our IT team on our overall consumer data and (digital) marketing technology roadmap, bringing agility and speed to life through our ways of working Leads (digital) marketing ROI measurement strategy & reporting/analytics Develops and implement campaign optimization methodologies, reporting and processes for agile, data-driven marketing Sets a mission and a course for their team to enable the Marketing organization with a world-class capability.  Grows and develops a team of discipline specialists. Utilizes strategic agency partners to augment our internal skillset and capability to efficiently and cost-effectively deliver Own key cross-functional strategic partnerships where data plays a key role like Media (data activation team) and IS Educate cross-functional teams and marketers on principles and concepts needed for modern, data-driven marketing SELECTION CRITERIA Education            Bachelor Degree required Experience        10+ years relevant experience within the digital marketing, specifically with data-driven/CRM marketing                  Other Advanced understanding of CRM with the ability to solely create strategies and frameworks Deep understanding of DMPs and how marketing technology integrates with advertising technologies Enterprise-class technology experience Ability to quickly understand business objectives and translate those into strategic direction Excellent communication and presentation skills Consultative and strategic thinking skills Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management Previous agency experience preferred 103334

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
