HRIS Data Analytics Lead

For more information about our Company,  The Data Analytics HRIS Lead will deliver high-quality, business facing advanced analytics projects, helping to identify opportunities to scale these across multiple functions within the organization. Provide technical expertise to configure, troubleshoot, and maintain dashboards, reports (advanced) and scorecards - providing the organization with data insights. Partners with the HRIS team, HR Center of Excellence owners and Business leaders to use Workday data to inform business decisions aligned to Company priorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, execute and deliver Workday delivered data analytic capabilities. Provide vision of possibilities and 'big ideas' to users who can think differently about decision-making based on data metrics which were previously not available. Identify, scope, and lead advanced analytics projects Serve as the owner and develop subject matter expertise for Workday reporting functionality, security and cross-application configuration; assist HRIS team with complex reporting and calculated fields assistance Work closely with HR leadership, HR COEs and Business leaders to participate in key business initiatives Research & evaluate Workday and industry best practices / new functionalities; continuously improve by integrating learnings into projects whenever possible For delivered data analytics, review on scheduled basis for maintenance and continuous improvement Troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies Develop Proof of Concept efforts for new or significant changes to proposed functionalities Manage portfolio of projects and work with HR and/or business areas to prioritize work requests  Solicit buy-in by key stakeholders of recommended solutions  Accountable for defining, planning, scheduling, and executing against assigned projects/programs; create deliverables such as test plans and project plans; support change management efforts Provide technical input and recommendations during the project planning phase  Identify implementation risks, potential impacts and appropriate solutions  Regularly communicate status updates to project team members  Work within the HRIS team to promote and lead the execution of quality standards, peer review, and documentation Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, stakeholders and team members Research and provide guidance on upcoming releases and a long-term Workday roadmap that will influence planning and future platform adoption  Champion an innovative and agile mindset across HR - constructively challenge the status quo SELECTION CRITERIA Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience/training 5+ years of HR, IS or comparable experience in roles of increasing responsibility  3+ years of HRIS experience - Workday preferred  Experience with Workforce Analytics delivery preferred Experience Basic understanding of general HR processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements Hands-on experience with Workday system strongly preferred; may be offset by deep administration experience paired with proven technical skills Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required Experience coordinating and/or managing HR technology projects preferred Experience working for a multi-national firm with a shared service center environment preferred Other Use of advanced reports, dashboards and scorecard tools is a must Ability to communicate complex data-based analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner is required Ability to solve analytical problems using data-based approaches is a must Analytical and problem-solving skills required. Attention to detail a must Comfortable manipulating and analyzing high-volume data from varying sources is preferred Machine learning experience is preferred Proficient verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers, peers, and vendors An ability to work under significant pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters Able to process complex information and identify solutions that meet both internal and business partner requirements Demonstrate ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution This job offers a relocation package to Northeastern Ohio. 103193

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
