Vehicle Description 1969 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE SS 396 RESTORED, DESIRABLE UPGRADES!, TREMEC 5-SPEED This 1969 Chevelle has been restored like new, very nice throughout! The body is rust-free and laser straight.
It looks great in factory color, Cortez Silver.
The base coat/clear coat has been color sanded to perfection.
The finish is very smooth and glossy.
The black vinyl top is in great condition.
All of the chrome, trim, emblems and door handles have been replaced with new.
This beautiful Chevelle also has all new weather stripping and door seals.
All the glass is very nice.
It rides on a set of new Torq Thrust wheels with Goodyear Eagle F1 radials 255/45/18 up front and 285/45/18 on the rear for that aggressive look.
The engine compartment is nicely detailed with a very strong running 468 cubic inch Big Block engine.
Nicely upgraded with an aluminum intake and dual feed carburetor, custom valve covers, ceramic coated headers, MSD HEI ignition and 4-core radiator.
All of these components look new and are properly installed.
It features power steering and power brakes.
The interior is like new from the carpet to the headliner.
The seats have new upholstery and cushions.
The door panels, armrest bases and kick panels are like new as well.
In between the bucket seats is a factory console and a 5-speed shifter.
Sitting in the drivers seat and looking forward, the dash and gauges are like new, it has the optional tach and gauges and factory SS steering wheel.
The dash pad is very nice, no cracks.
It also comes equipped with a retro radio, front and rear seatbelts.
The undercarriage is just as nice as the top side, the floors are all clean metal.
The front end has been rebuilt, the bushings, ball joints, shocks and steering components have been replaced.
In the back the trailing arms, springs and shocks were replaced.
It has a 12-bolt posi rear end with 3:
73 gears, new gas tank, sending unit and straps.
It has power front disc brakes.
This Chevelle has a 3 dual exhaust with the correct exhaust tips.
The bottom of the engine is clean as well as the Tremec 5-speed transmission.
