Vehicle Description 1966 PONTIAC GTO 400 4-SPEED VERY NICE PAINT!! This is one nice GTO! It appears to have all original metal.
This GTO has great fit and finish as well.
The paint is smooth, glossy and polished out beautifully.
Looking down both sides it is straight.
Up front the front bumper and headlight bezels have been rechromed.
The grills look great along with the parking lights.
All the stainless trim was polished, new chrome vent windows, mirrors and door handles.
The rear bumper has been rechromed.
It has all new emblems and trim.
The windows line up good.
It sits on a set of Ridler wheels with 245/40/18 on the front and 275/40/18 on the rear for that aggressive look! The factory black bucket seat interior is new from the carpet to the headliner.
It features a factory 4-speed shifter, aftermarket Pontiac steering wheel and retro AM/FM radio.
The undercarriage is all clean metal and original.
The front end has been completely rebuilt and it has upgraded front disc brakes.
The bottom of the engine is clean.
The Muncie 4-speed transmission is clean and the fuel and brake lines look good.
The sending unit, gas tank and straps have been replaced.
The dual exhaust looks good and has electric cutouts.
The exhaust pipes have chrome tips and run out the rear of the car.
All E-brake cables are hooked up and working.
The engine compartment is nicely detailed, it has a completely rebuilt 1967, 400ci/350 hp engine with a few performance upgrades, Edelbrock Performer intake manifold with a dual feed Holley carb.
and MSD HEI ignition for reliability.
It also has factory manifolds, a Harrison 4-core radiator with factory fan shroud, power steering and a new cadmium plated brake booster with upgraded dual master cylinder for the power front disc brakes.
It is nicely finished in a satin black finish.
The trunk is nicely detailed over very clean metal.
It has new weather stripping and is finished with a light coat of spatter paint.
This is a great car.
It also runs as good as it looks.
